Q: How do we book a session with you?

A: Booking a session with me is easy! Simply contact me through my website or email, and we can discuss your photography needs and schedule a session that works for you.

Q: How long does a session last?

A: The length of a session can vary depending on your needs and preferences. A typical family portrait session lasts around 30 minutes to 1 hour, while special events typically last longer. I am happy to work with you to determine the best length of time for your session.


Q: What should we wear for our session?

A: I recommend wearing clothing that is comfortable and reflects your personal style. I suggest avoiding large logos or busy patterns and bright colors.  Try to coordinate colors and styles with other family members. I am happy to provide additional tips and suggestions based on your specific session.

Q: What should my kids wear for our session?

A:  A comfortable child is a cooperative child. Trying to battle with them to wear something will only cause more frustrations during your session.  Include them in choosing what they want to wear; choices always help.  I always encourage playing and fun during sessions that include children.  If you child wants to wear a dress, have them put on some shorts underneath!


Q: Where do you shoot your sessions?

A: I shoot family portrait sessions either outdoors in a natural setting or in your home.  Highland Park and Tinker Nature Park are a couple of my favorites.  I am happy to discuss location options and provide recommendations based on your preferences.


Q: What happens after the session?

A: After the session, I will carefully edit and retouch your images to ensure they look their best. You will receive a digital gallery of high-resolution images that you can select from to download and share with family and friends. I am also available to assist you with printing and framing recommendations.


Q: How far in advance should we book a session?

A: It is best to book your session as far in advance as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. However, I am also happy to accommodate last-minute bookings when possible.


Q: Do you offer shorter mini-sessions?

A: Yes, I do offer mini-sessions at select times throughout the year. I typically post these on my Facebook page.  Please contact me for more information on availability and pricing.


Q: Do you offer gift certificates?

A: Yes, I do offer gift certificates for photography sessions. Please contact me for more information on how to purchase one.
